Dear Faculty and Staff,
Now in its 25th year, Mooov-In celebrates the annual tradition of welcoming more than 7,400 new and returning students to our 14 on-campus residence halls. On Friday, Aug. 24 and Saturday, Aug. 25, we’re asking for your help to get these new Longhorns moved into our halls. Mooov-In is a unique opportunity to introduce these students and their families to our warm UT Austin hospitality.
University Housing and Dining and the student-led University Residence Hall Association offer fun and rewarding volunteer opportunities. They range from moving student belongings and giving directions, to providing students and families with Mooov-In information and resources.
We ask you to choose a shift ranging from 2.5 to 2.75 hours. Volunteers will receive instructions upon arrival. You are welcome to sign up for as many shifts as you’d like at bit.ly/MooovIn18.
